J. Peter Loftus, a.k.a. “PJuggle” is a multi-talented artist and entrepreneur. Prior to entering the restaurant and hospitality industry, he had a twenty-year career performing and living abroad internationally as a professional juggler. Growing up in the suburbs of Boston, Loftus became fascinated with music. Left-handed and right-brained, he naturally adapted to the piano, studying during his teen years in a youth conservatory program under the instruction of Laszlo Gardony at Berklee College of Music, and later expanding into electronic music at The University of North Carolina at Asheville, studying from the late Dr. Robert Moog. While performing juggling in Los Angeles, Loftus met jazz legend Dave Brubeck, who encouraged him to return to the piano and practice. Loftus’ first cousin and greatest musical influence is the composer/arranger/conductor Maestro Martin Silvestri. Specializing in romantic and popular piano music, Pete executes a vast repertoire of songs and is always learning. He now resides in Ivy City, D.C.
