All our smoked products are produced in small batches in our custom smokehouse in Washington, DC. We only use the freshest seafood, hardwood smoke, and all natural ingredients in each of our recipes. We never use chemicals or artificial coloring. We believe you will enjoy the results of our dedication to the highest levels of quality. We continue to smoke in the old world European style using dry cures for cold smoking. Our Salmon is never frozen; it is purchased fresh daily and we do not freeze after production. Our dry cure, combined with truly the highest graded salmon, and American hardwood smoke, give our finished product a delicate smoky taste highlighting the flavors naturally found in Atlantic salmon.
